What we offer authors

Editorial expertise

Our editorial board specialises in educational and methodological literature. Reviewers are practising methodologists and teachers familiar with the curricula of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Established distribution

A catalogue of 10,000+ titles and direct supply to schools in Almaty, Astana, Shymkent and other regions of Kazakhstan. Your print run enters a working network rather than sitting in a warehouse.

Pilot print runs

We start with a pilot print run — without long-term commitments. Based on the response from schools, we decide on scaling and additional editions.

Transparent terms

The contract fixes royalties, print run, rights, and timelines. All material terms are agreed upon before signing. We do not leave hidden clauses.

How we work with a manuscript

1

Application with manuscript

Fill in the form, attach the manuscript (PDF or DOCX) or a cloud-storage link. We recommend including a brief abstract.

2

Editorial review

An editor reviews the material and engages an external reviewer if needed. The response arrives within five business days.

3

Contract and pilot print run

Upon a positive decision, we agree the contract: print run, deadlines, royalties, rights. After signing, we begin editorial preparation and printing.

4

Distribution and royalties

The finished print run enters the catalogue and supply chain. Royalties are paid on the schedule fixed in the contract.

The standard term is five business days from receipt of the application. If an external review is required, the term may be extended up to ten business days; we will notify you separately in such a case.
Yes. At an early stage, a synopsis, an extended outline, and one or two sample chapters are sufficient. If the idea is of interest, we will request the full text for evaluation. This saves time for both the author and the editorial team.
